Children’s birthday party terms & conditions
- Package price includes farm entry for two adults accompanying the birthday child, plus one adult per guest child and additional adults will need to pay farm admission of £6.99 per person.
- Party barn hire is for 3 hours in total, 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm (summer months) 2pm – 4pm (winter months) the barn must be cleared of decorations when your allocated time ends.
- Party bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure.
- Cancellations: We do not offer refunds after 48 hours of receipt of payment, but if for any reason you are unable to attend your party, please contact us. In the event of severe weather warnings or for circumstances meaning WE must make a cancellation we will offer a rearrangement of booking or a refund.
- You are welcome to bring your own birthday party decorations for the party barn, these will need to be cleared and disposed of after the party by yourselves. Our onsite florist ‘The Brightest Bloom’ do offer a balloon decorating service. You can access the farm from 9am to set up the party barn for a 10am start and 1pm for a 2pm start. Party guests cannot arrive before 10am or 2pm.
- We do not allow the use of electrical heating items in the party barn. This includes kettles, cooking appliances etc.
- Parties can bring their own food or pre-order food from our onsite café Bradshaw’s Farm Shop and Café on 01543 279437. You are welcome to bring along birthday cakes but please ensure you bring cake cutting equipment, candles, lighter/matches, plates, napkins etc.
- Animal encounters will last for approx 60 minutes.
- Final numbers for parties and which animals you would like to attend the party will need to be confirmed at minimum of 7 days prior to the party date.
- The party cost of £150 includes 60 minutes of keeper led animal encounters for up to 20 children. Our limit for birthday parties is 20 children.
